[ORDERING]

-Please fill in the Order Form. Click on the navigator "Order Form".

-Once we receive your order form, Kudos will send you the Payment Details.

-Payment modes accepted are: POSB Fund Transfer/ iBanking/ Concealed Cash*

-Kindly made full payment within the next 3 working days after PAYMENT DETAILS has been sent. if we did not receive your payment, your orders will automatically be void.

-Once you have transfer the money, please send me an notification email or drop me a SMS with the following details:

Via ATM Fund Transfer
1. Your name and contact no.
2. Reference No. printed on the transaction receipt
3. Date and Time of the transaction
4. Amount transferred

Via IBANK Fund Transfer
1. Your name and contact no.
2. Your nickname used
3. Date and Time of the transaction
4. Transaction Reference
5. Amount transferred

-Upon receiving the payment, Kudos will send out an Email Invoice to you.

-*Concealed cash at your OWN RISK! We will not be responsible for any loss. (recommended: send in concealed cash by REGISTERED Postage)

[DELIVERY]

-All buyers are responsible for all postage charges unless otherwise stated.

-Cost for Normal Postage ranges from $1.00 per item/depending on weight of your items.

-Cost for Registered Postage will be $1.50 per item/depending on weight of your items.

-Please take note that Kudos* will not be responsible for any loss of items if you opt for NORMAL MAIL. To be safe, choose Registered postage.

-Purchased items will be delivered within next 48hrs after full payment is made. (excluding weekends, public holidays & pre-order items)

-Delivery efficiency is subjected to time frame for deliveries adhered by Singapore Post and is beyond seller control.

-Meet Up to my convenience is a must - North Area. (meetup are not likely recommended as our schedule may not be the same) Otherwise transportation fee will be on your account.

-Wrapping or Handling Service provided. Surcharge: $3.00. This includes wrapper, wrapping and Normal postage.

-All Pre-Order Items will only arrive in 7-48 working days, excluding weekends & public holidays. Please understand that sometimes unexpected errors will cause a longer waiting period, but we will keep you updated. If unfortunately the item you placed order is out of stock, your money will be fully refunded.
